SHIPPING + RETURNS

All orders require 2-5 business days to fulfill. Once completed, orders ship on regular business days. We are unable to edit, add to or change orders once they are placed. Kindly double check your shipping address and carefully review your cart. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

After fulfillment is complete, orders arrive in the U.S / Canada within 3-8 business days depending on shipping speed chosen during checkout. (This does not include high volume times and is subject to change.) Shipping charges are per address.

Domestic (US) ground shipping is free for orders over $75 and the item(s) being ordered all must be able to ship via traditional ground shipping for this promotion to apply.

ORDER TRACKING

Want to check the status of your order? Just check the email sent to you from hello@homeroom325.com when your order has been processed, and click the tracking link. If you cannot find that email we can help you track your package. Please send us an email at hello@homeroom325.com with the subject line: "order #[insert order number] tracking."

SHIPPING

Please make sure your selection and shipping address are correct before you purchase. Once orders are placed we cannot change them. We are not responsible for orders delivered to a wrong address. Any orders that are marked as “Return to Sender” will be treated as a return and a refund will be issued as soon as it is processed. If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items the order will not be shipped until the pre-order items are ready to ship (estimated ship dates on pre-order items are kept up-to-date on product listings). If you'd like us to split your order and ship in stock items we can do so at your expense. Please contact us at hello@homeroom325.com with your request to split your shipment. UNITED STATES

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address. Shipping cost varies by weight and destination.

SALES TAX

For purchases made in New Jersey and Texas we collect sales tax.

INTERNATIONAL

For orders shipped to anywhere outside the United States, any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods.

International orders take on average 3-7 weeks to arrive at their destination.
